Helen believes the benefits of massage are immense, adding: “It can help relieve stress and lift depression, tiredness, headaches and muscular aches and pains. In fact massage can relax the whole body and mind.”
Of Reiki she explained: “Reiki is a powerful healing technique to help with any physical, mental and emotional issue and it is wonderfully relaxing.
“Hopi Ear Candling is a treatment to help any ear, nose or throat condition, such as sinusitis. The special candles involved are made from natural herbal ingredients that are drawn into the ear to clear any blockages.
“The Fake Bake Tanning system uses a cream to give you a natural looking tan that will last between seven and 11 days.”
Helen provides a mobile service and relaxation/pamper parties in individuals’ homes. She can provide treatments on-site or places of work and is available in the Bradley Stoke, Thornbury and Yate locations.
Prices start from £15, for a half-hour treatment, to £28 per hour, with cost dependent on the specific treatment. Helen is happy to provide a leaflet or more information on request while gift vouchers are available too.
